Hello!
I've been researching a topic for some time now. This topic is related to the sound quality and features of sound cards.
I’ve compared many sound cards, from inexpensive to expensive, and I don’t think there’s a significant difference in sound quality. Many people claim to notice a difference, but even when listening with high-quality equipment, I don’t feel a significant difference. I understand that there are differences in recordings and that these can sometimes be noticeable, but I can’t describe them as “better.” They’re just different, and I might choose one over the other based on personal preference.
In this context, I’m ignoring details like SNR, THD, and output power and focusing solely on the increase in sound detail. I’m currently ignoring these values. What do you think? I believe that even the simplest sound card can handle many tasks.

Most sound cards, unless broken or noisy, are going to sound the same. This includes "sound detail" if such a thing even exists.

If trying to decide you need to look at noise performance (some cards are prone to picking up computer noise) and then features and software and support. Unfortunealey every sound card is one Windows update away from being a door stop so buying from a reputable company that will be around to support the card in the future needs to be considered.
