Question: What would a 0.00 gain EQ actually do? As in:

• Filter 1: ON HPQ Fc 31.8 Hz Gain 0.00 dB Q 1.40

Does the Q of 1.40 do anything with 0 gain? I assume it does (since it was suggested), but I am confused to what this would actually do.

HPQ stands for HighPass with arbitrary Q, even with a gain of 0dB it will have a gain you give it a try here:

Gain isn't used for a high pass filter, so it's just a dummy value, only the frequency and the Q apply.
