AsciLab speakers are about to launch

Question: You probably have a solution for this, but the interior pictures seem to show that the amplifier doesn't have its own chamber, but the hypex plate amps have vents in the plates, which means you won't have a completely sealed cabinet?
A separate chamber was created and attached to the back of the Hypex plate amplifier to ensure it remains airtight.

@ascilab
You sell directly as a manufacturer I think to understand, right?
How long is the legal warranty for Europe?
And regarding the shipping costs for repairs, have you already established a policy?
We are currently creating a website for direct sales. Of course, in countries where a dealer contract will be signed, purchasing through the dealer will also be possible. The details of the warranty have not been decided yet.

Thanks Just one last question. Do you offer a trial period like Arendal?
Are the return costs offered or are they charged to the customer?

Retailers will/should be able to offer a trial period, deliver, install and optimise for your room.
Well that is what retailers should offer, rather than just shifting boxes.
Keith

Here is the basic design for the packaging box.

There is always a workaround, and the ideal is to hear and compare loudspeakers at home, that is the service I offer.
Also contemporary loudspeakers offer adjustment so acoustic measurement and the implementation of any PEQ is also essential.
It would be mad to have really transparent loudspeakers and not get the best possible sound out of them.
@ascilab
Really like the packaging, my only slight concern is that the contents of the box are visible.
Perhaps that design as the inner box and a much plainer outer box?

Keith

That's a pitty - I'm really interested, but I don't buy Speakers when I have no chance to test it :( Hopefully there will be some workaround
When retailers are established in each country, it will be possible to audition and purchase through the retailers.

So A6B is active by default and later the passive version will be released? Will the name change or they'll be called A6B active and passive? What would be the price of active version? Sorry if these were answered already

THD of the C5b and C6b is excellent, but the A6b with Purifi will be on another level. You can look forward to it.
I am intrigued by this. Will it better the THD and IMD numbers attained by Kef's latest 3-way speakers (or other state of the art 3-way designs)? I understand those are better than state of the art 2-way speakers such as Neumann's Kh-120II, Kh-150? Both with and without subwoofer help?

Sointuva AWG is the best I could find, even among 3 way speakers.

The A6B active version will be released first, followed by the passive version. The price for the active version has not been determined yet.

It is difficult to answer that right now. Once the results are available, direct comparisons will be easier. We are striving to achieve the best results among speakers that use the same driver units.

So there’s 3 confirmed (as per first post) and 1 upcoming speaker (this A6B passive)?
Plus there’s a tower in development?
Having a hard time understanding the full lineup.

Can you give a quick summary of the expected models and their estimated release dates? Saying “Q3 2024” is fine, if you can’t give an estimated month.

August
Release of C5b, C6b, and A6b active

September
Release of A6b passive

It has not been decided exactly what speakers will be released after that. It could be a floor-standing 3-way speaker or a KH310-style 3-way speaker. We are also considering an MTM style speaker with cardioid, as well as high sound pressure level-focused speakers too. The basic ideas and designs have been roughly completed, so it won't take a long time to launch the products.

If the fundamental speakers, C5b, C6b, and A6b, are successfully launched, we will prepare many experimental and interesting products thereafter.
