it's really apples to oranges considering their size and price difference, their both great speakers.
With that said, the current room their in needs treatment and is really reflective so the Revels were a little more difficult to set up and I ended up EQ'ing them with Dirac which helped a lot, in comparison the Asci's didn't really seem to need much set up just point them at your head and the coherence was crystal clear, now again this might have to do with size difference with the Revel's stepping on themselves with the lower ranges and larger presence so you're milage may vary.
To that point the Revels seemed to have a wider sound at the top end where the Asci's felt more focused, I'm not sure how to describe it but the Asci's sort put you into a zone of control were your vaguely aware of the boundaries but also locked into ridiculous resolution even in a really challenging room, the word control always comes to mind, if your in the sound field the speaker is in complete control, all sorts of details come out of the woodwork. It's what I would imagine if there was such thing as cardioid for high frequencies. At least that's my experience in my difficult room, I might park them in the living room for a while and see how the open up to a larger area, will be interesting to see if my impression of the sonic signature changes
