Amazing measurements! I do have a question - how did you choose this speaker's depth and how come VESA mounts are considered? Was SBIR a factor here?

Here's why I'm asking:
  • With the speaker being 154mm deep, and if we assume additional ~50mm spacing to the wall for the VESA mount bracket, the driver ends up being about 20cm from the wall behind. This puts the first SBIR null at ~400-430Hz and the rear wall reflection would be about 5dB down compared to direct sound.
  • However, if the loudspeaker could instead be mounted directly on the wall, the SBIR null would move up to ~560Hz and here the difference between direct sound and rear wall reflection would be slightly better (about 7dB).
  • If the speaker was made to be shallower (e.g. 130mm deep) and mounted directly on the wall the SBIR null would move up to ~660Hz, but the difference between direct sound and rear wall reflection would not change much (still around 7dB).
So it seems to me that reducing speaker depth wouldn't help much, but being able to mount the speaker directly on the wall might reduce SBIR effect by a little bit compared to VESA mounting. What are your thought on this?

Yes. The F6Bs is designed for wall mounting speaker. There will be SBIR when you mount the speaker on the wall. Due to its baffle width and height, though you place it right on the wall, the SBIR occurs lower than you expect. For example the SBIR occurs like 25cm from the rear wall(202mm width and 154mm depth. it acts like 255mm SBIR).

So the quick test result is here.

If you place the speaker right on the wall, the FR will be like Red. After put 50T absorber around the speaker(the area was 0.25m^2) the response become Green.
After put 100T Absorber around the speaker (same area) the response become Blue.

You can handle the SBIR easily with some of absorbers around the mounted speaker. Thick Foam absorbers also works. They are easy to cut ;)

@AsciLab It seems like you are using a shop template and there are some placeholder texts left and some functionality is not used or broken. In particulcar:
  • When viewing a product page like this, there is a "Size info" tab. When clicked, there is no info about the product size, but random text like "We recommend an actual comparison with the clothes you usually wear.". To the best of my knowledge, you are not in the business of selling clothes (, yet?) ;)
  • When scrolling down a "category" page like this, the top navigation bar with your logo and the "hamburger" menu button on the right fully disappears. This prevents any further navigation on your site, until you reload the page (F5). This problem only seems to affect category-type pages. The navigation bar stays visible on all other page types I tested and just gets a bit slimmer when scrolling down.
  • I would suggest that you deactivate the "Review" and "Q&A" tabs on the product pages, as long as those are empty. They are working, but it gives the impression of broken functionality, because there are no reviews or questions/answers, yet.

Even if a product is out of stock but can be pre-ordered, there must be a way to add it to the cart to be able to calculate the shipping costs.
Instead, make sure that the information is separate from the cart (add the option to calculate it under each product).
Among other things, since you are in South Korea, we all need to add VAT and customs duties to clear the goods.
A distributor is absolutely necessary, if not national, at least continental.
 
It would be good to have a clear policy for support and out of warranty repair. State explicitly how long service and parts will be available at minimum, this is especially important for active speakers.

I don't understand, usually, it's the courier service that will handle that part upon arrival in the destination country. For example, if you buy something from China shipped through DHL, DHL will send you an email once the parcel arrives in Italy, they will calculate VAT based on the declared value of the good and you'll have to pay some 10 to 20€ in handling fees and the VAT to DHL who will handle the procedures.

There is a system that can handle that, it's called the Prepaid VAT and Import OSS for Online Orders for Europe see @boXem em post below. It is quite more convenient and a bit cheaper, but it requires the vendor to set up everything properly.

I apologize because I do not know what country you live in.
Here in Italy the goods stop at customs at the airport and customs establishes the amount based on the invoice or the presumed value.
They can also demand the person importing the receipt of payment made (which lengthens the time).
At that point the courier contacts you and informs you that there are costs to be paid for customs clearance. To deliver the goods to you, you will have to pay the courier in full, which will be at least 4% duties + 22% VAT.

Obviously if the duty and VAT are prepaid by the seller, the bureaucratic burden is simplified.

It is important for the customer to know that there will still be additional costs that, including VAT and duties, will exceed (I am referring to my country and we have always counted 30% more...) 22% of the value of the goods.

If and when there is a local distributor, even if the prices remain higher for the above, the buyer will avoid any bureaucratic problems.

P.S. It seems that there are no duties for the trade agreements between South Korea and Italy.

There is obviously only VAT (22%).

I'm in France, so your neighbour so to speak. The last two times I bought goods shipped from outside the EU without VAT prepaid, it was Fedex and DHL that handled the customs clearance and they passed on the VAT to me.

Admittedly, it was several hundreds of euros so a lesser amount.

I don't think that a non EU company can access OSS, for the simple reason that a VAT number is needed. There are specialized companies in EU handling this for East Asian sellers.

This is also one of the main reasons why people use express courier services like DHL and FedEx. Buyers can simply follow the instructions provided by the courier, pay the necessary fees, and receive their products without going through any complicated procedures.
 
I know it states in the Q&A section that VAT is not included but I think it's good practice and transparent to indicate this at every mention of a price (ex VAT). If I'm not mistaken it's mandatory for sellers in the EU to show the price including VAT when selling to consumers.
