Hello.Hey @AsciLab Team,
I'm very interested in the C6C & BX8C design (and the upcoming final product, of course ) and sent you a PM a couple of days ago. Would be awesome to get an answer.
regards,
Times
Can you tell me where did you PM?
We didn’t notice.
Oh I thought that you PM other way.Hi Jinsung,
I started a conversation here... you should find it by clicking on the envelope symbol on the top right, between your username and the bell.
If there's a better way to reach out - let me know.
best regards,
Times
Yes. They are the same.I know we have 4x more drivers, but this is still cool to see.
C6C and C6B.

I wonder why the distortion above 1000 Hz looks different though, shouldn't the tweeter perform the same?
Lol, I forgot to mention what what cool to see. I thought that despite the cardioid dispersion and a far better bass extension, C6C had lower distortion in the bass range. Of course it had 4x bass drivers to work with but it is still cool to see.I know we have 4x more drivers, but this is still cool to see.
C6C and C6B.
Yeah. As listening, it has much better bass like as good sealed sub. Deep and tight, no easily audible distortion.Lol, I forgot to mention what what cool to see. I thought that despite the cardioid dispersion and a bar better bass extension, C6C had lower distortion in the bass range. Of course it had 4x bass drivers to work with but it is still cool to see.
Are you still aligning the tweeters in the C6C like you showed in the here?Yes. They are the same.
Over 1~4kHz, H2 is easy to be varied. I don’t know why. Maybe some of sample has super symmetry? H3 is same and H2 is still very low too.
We still adjust coil offset. All of C and A series. Are you still aligning the tweeters in the C6C like you showed in the here?

AsciLab speakers are about to launch
Probably the same reason we see 80dB SINAD amps in Genelecs: they are simply good enough. My second guess is that the engineering of such amps focuses more on reliability, heat issues, vibration, etc. ,exotic measurements are for the other models. That's why they wouldn't (which I agree with), not...www.audiosciencereview.com
Also, what's the DSP+ cardioid delay for C6C?
I was thinking that the higher H2 measurement on the C6C prototype was because the coil offset was not adjusted unlike the C6B sample. We still adjust coil offset. All of C and A series.
What do you mean the delay? Latency?
It’s more complex. Bl, Kms asymmetry can cancel H2 each other. And They are still very low enough.I was thinking that the higher H2 measurement on the C6C prototype was because the coil offset was not adjusted unlike the C6B sample.
Yes, I mean what is the latency on the C6C and the C6C + cardioid subwoofer stack.
No holes at the bottom for now. We’ll try to consider that!Maybe a dumb question but does the bottom of the speaker have threaded screw?
What directivity profile does the Purify tweeter’s waveguide allow? Does it suit your brand design goals? Finally we got the Purifi Tweeter PTT1.3T.
What a nice tweeter. I can’t wait to listen to its sound.View attachment 432057View attachment 432058View attachment 432059View attachment 432060View attachment 432061
If Purifi tweeter used in our cardioid model, It will be A6C. Others are we don’t know yet.Very nice! Looking forward to see the product with complete purify drivers..
.. is it going to be called A6C or something else?
