AsciLab speakers are about to launch

There may be a mistake in the Spinorama upload. Anything under 300 Hz is about 2dB lower in the new measurement vs the old.

Also, what's the nominal sensitivity, nominal impedance and power handling of each model?

We elevate tweeter level 1dB higher whole three of models. Our design is narrow dispersion than typical speaker, So regarded sound power and toe out situation.

Yeah we also have plan about MTM(WTW) style center and front speaker.
Thanks to our low xover, MTM configuration doesn’t have much lobbing error.

The old data already showed a little bit of brightness already, right? The newer versions of my Amphion Argon 3s have a little switch on the back to choose for more tweeter level for the same reason you described. I never saw the reason for it honestly...but one could easily solve this with PEQ the one way or the other....

It was constant rather than being bright.
You can use it 30 deg toe out and it still has constant response.

So, I wonder how much a speaker condom sweater would affect the sound the Ascilab speakers, this is what they used with the Lyngdorf CUE-100.

It should be able to cover the tweeter part, I don't know if the woofers are recessed enough in the Ascilabs.

Also, I'm noticing that the CUE-100s are using the aluminium cones, same with the Sointuvas and the Ascilabs, but the Clarity 6.2 are using fiber mix cones. There are probably good reasons for each, but they are escaping me at the moment.

Not everyone uses PEQ. Maybe its just me, but I would rather have the most 'honest' speaker possible without PEQ.

More treble is not what Amphion 3S needs.

 
Not everyone uses PEQ. Maybe its just me, but I would rather have the most 'honest' speaker possible without PEQ.
PEQ is pretty handy for low bass, but I don’t use it above that, with good speakers there is simply no need.
