I think so. But why do you want to run an extra cable?

Its just about control functions. Does not matter where its done, just get it done the easiest possible way.
Took me a some trial and error but its running perfectly now.

Next step is to tame the 50Hz room mode thats getting way too excited....

I thought that running speakers independently of each other could end up in having volume mismatch or other control-related issues.
You're saying that's not the case - fair enough then. I agree there's no need to over engineer it.
One last question on this topic from me and to be 100% clear: your speakers are still daisy-chained via AES even while they are both set as Masters in HFD, correct?

Yes. You set the volume on both speakers the same value in HFD.

Master/Slave setting isn’t essential.
As AJ said, if you don’t change the device setting often, you don’t have to use that function. It’s more useful when using remote controller. But we don’t think the Hypex remote control is convenient, so we hope you guys use well made source player or pre amp.

At present, labor costs account for a very large portion of the manufacturing cost of the C8T. We are actively considering ways to reduce this, and we believe that some level of price adjustment may be possible once the planned automation equipment is successfully implemented.

However, since we need to evaluate the actual results after implementation, the currently announced pricing is based on the existing labor cost structure. We are hopeful that the automation system will be fully operational before the official release of the C8T.

The C8T (what Raiju was asking about) is a passive tower. Similar driver complement as the C6B but adding a side-mounted 8" woofer and configured as a 3 way. Still in development, very impressive measurements have been released though.

Don't want to be the party breaker but seems there still delivery challenges, I assume it is because I ordered the C8C and BX8C together? Moved from March -> May -> June26.

Basically I have the option to:

1. Cancel the C8C + BX8C order
2. Revise" my order" to exclude the BX8C -> this should expedite the C8C being send quicker
3. Await the arrival of C8C and BX8C together, estimated for June now.
