What is the bit about "fun" and watching the show??? What about this is fun?Someone is trying to provoke conflict by overinterpreting a message that simply meant, “There seem to be many issues, but production continues.”

That’s not meaning about our issues. What is the bit about "fun" and watching the show??? What about this is fun?
Hello AsciLab team,Actually we’ve set the ratio of distribution : direct sales quantity almost as same as you wrote, 7:3. In our capable stocks.
What is a "capable stock?"Actually we’ve set the ratio of distribution : direct sales quantity almost as same as you wrote, 7:3. In our capable stocks.
There are many other dealers except you and Audiophonics and yes Audiophonics also ordered a lot of amount early. We’ve kept the ratio of the total amount of distribution order to direct sales. What is a "capable stock?"
At the same time that we have had zero stock, which has been months, you have been selling speakers direct. How on earth does that translate to us having any portion of production??? We had only two dozen speakers for the last six months of last year. Are you saying you had even less to sell??? Or that Audiophonics scooped up all that volume???
Sorry—there was an error in the translation. What is the bit about "fun" and watching the show??? What about this is fun?
We are sitting here, explaining the pain we are going through as far as getting products, you thought it was wise for you post a picture of how much you have sitting on shelves??? It is like a country starving and the king showing how he has racks and racks of food. That’s not meaning about our issues.
It is mistranslated. That originally means “It is informal community, don’t be serious. Looking foolish is fun part of this type of community” That ‘s what I wrote after someone told me “look around” about my “SPEAKER PRODUCING” image post.
But that ratio of US sales to you direct is not remotely 70:30, correct? If you were to estimate, what would it be? As I mentioned, we got about two dozen. Let's see that number and how much you value US market. There are many other dealers except you and Audiophonics and yes Audiophonics also ordered a lot of amount early. Though I told you several times let’s discuss in our channel, but you keep your one-way outing that can make some others customers anxious. I wanted to show our producing is going on without an issue. The issue is about you and us.We are sitting here, explaining the pain we are going through as far as getting products, you thought it was wise for you post a picture of how much you have sitting on shelves??? So your audience is quite right about being tone deaf. This is the same feeling I got when you post that picture here yesterday. Last thing I want to see if how much you are producing and how little we are getting out of you....
I said “total ratio”.But that ratio of US sales to you direct is not remotely 70:30, correct? If you were to estimate, what would it be? As I mentioned, we got about two dozen. Let's see that number and how much you value US market.
So it is not the answer poster was asking for. As far as US is concerned, the ratio is massively tilted in your direction. Or other distributors.I said “total ratio”.

We have placed orders strictly in the order that official invoices were issued and payments were received, without any special treatment or favoritism among dealers. Based on that sequence, we have managed our production allocations and scheduling. That's correct.
First, the issue is about our joint customers and they have the right to know what is going on.Though I told you several times let’s discuss in our channel, but you keep your one-way outing that can make some others customers anxious. I’ve told you several times we are preparing our answer about your questions from yesterday.First, the issue is about our joint customers and they have the right to know what is going on.
That aside, you haven't said a word to me privately since I emailed you Sunday our time. You have essentially ghosted me in private.
This afternoon I sent you a fresh, and concrete proposal to move forward. Not even an acknowledgement has come back. Yet you have time to post here and elsewhere it seems.
For now, just received this email from someone ready to buy C6B and me telling him delivery is uncertain:
"I read on manufacturer's web site that March will be the next distribution for that model."
You know that yo are not sending us any speakers out of this shipment so there is no way this customer can buy this from us in March, right? Why in the heck are setting expectations like this?
I swear you don't understand anything about the problems I am raising. So no, I am not holding up hopes of any answer from you on whatever you think the "issue" is. Look at my proposal and answer one way or the other.
What misunderstanding?Additionally, you wrote that we collect full payment in advance before shipping. That was true only once—specifically for the C8C and BX8C pre-order—and it does not reflect the terms of our transactions with you. Since you know our agreed terms are different, I would like to ask why you wrote it in a way that could easily cause misunderstanding.
It would be my pleasure to post my emails to you here. Out of last bit of professional courtesy I have for you, I have not done so.Why don’t you just get some rest and let’s talk about issue in our channel when we all are ready. Do you really want to open out our all conversations in this forum?
Poster asked if we have Net terms. You understand what that means, right? Net terms means that we order product, and we have 30 day to pay for it with stock in factory. Some companies in US have Net-15 terms and in exchange, give you more discount. There is never a case where you pay in advance to get product manufactured. That would be the opposite of Net terms.
Then I misunderstood the poster's exact meaning. Sorry for overlooking.Wait, they make their distributors pay up front and not have net terms on delivery?
We read you email and also are preparing the answer including that.It would be my pleasure to post my emails to you here. Out of last bit of professional courtesy I have for you, I have not done so.
And yes, you have ghosted me. Not one word has come back since I told you my main concern and being ready to terminate our relationship two days ago.
I made a last ditch effort to salvage what we have earlier today. But I guess having you just respond that you read it and will consider it, was also too much to write.
So members know, I have proposed a large order (close to 100 pairs) to be delivered in 3 months. Terms are what I stated above: 50% now, and 50% on delivery. And that they refrain in any and all forms implying they have products to ship to US. This is the same order we were going to place last June and company had agreed to it.
I don't want to deal with your company anymore on day to day basis and fighting with friends that are other distributors over some random, future delivery of product. This is time to step up and run a focused production and with it, satisfy this important market. Think about this instead of posting in your Korean forum.
