(I ordered D&D 8Cs from Keith in late 2017, and he successfully handled several challenging issues with the order. So forgive me if I have difficulty believing any of what you're saying here.)

The excess group delay means it's cancelled out by room reflection.
If there is a peak in excess GD, it means that it can't be fixed by EQ.
So reduced excess GD also means that the room reflection is reduced and can be fixed now.

I hope it’s ok, but would you mind explaining this. Are you saying that if a speaker has large amounts of group delay at low frequencies then it’s impossible to EQ a room mode (SPL peak) if that mode is at a frequency range where the group delay is high?

With the way you’ve continually conducted yourself openly on these forums, it’s hard to take the original complaint seriously anymore. Contracts get cancelled. It’s frustrating, and plenty of us have had rough experiences with vendors. But there’s a difference between raising a legitimate issue once and turning every thread into the same grievance aimed at the same person. At some point the repetition stops being about the vendor and starts being about you. People move on. It might be worth doing the same.
