In addition, since we’re preparing a C8C demo for K-pop composers and engineers here in Korea, we’ll be gathering in-room measurement data across several different spaces. I’ll share that as well once it’s ready.

I shared some poorly taken measurements of my C8C and C8C/BX8C in the main thread. Meant to take some more proper controlled measurements with REW - but have been busy enjoying the speakers too much!

I think that, as a dealer carrying not just our brand but several others, opening up comparative measurements could be a burden in one sense or another.
What truly needs to be made public is not the difference between brand’s models, but the difference in in-room response behavior arising from differences in directivity—so we will be the ones to publish that.

We are not in a position to force or dictate the agreement between the customer and dealer in that region. We ask for your understanding. We hope the two of you can reach a smooth arrangement, and if there is anything we can help with, we will gladly do so.

There is no smoothing that can be done. The damage was done by him not honouring the agreement between us, I can provide conclusive proof by DM if you would like.

The shit treatment that I received from your "dealer" means that I cannot buy any of your products again, because he won't provide a decent and previously agreed service, he cancelled the order which I had paid for months earlier, and you won't allow me to buy from anyone else as he is your sole UK dealer.

Imagine my disappointment, when I had already paid for your wonderful speakers and waited months for them! I had already bought appropriate stands and cables, etc, all of which are now useless to me.

And speaker to lintening distance is 3M.
C8C,BX8C cardioid extension is that P1(100Hz), P2(50Hz), P3(40Hz).
The excess group delay means it's cancelled out by room reflection.
If there is a peak in excess GD, it means that it can't be fixed by EQ.
So reduced excess GD also means that the room reflection is reduced and can be fixed now.

Keith is the one who cancelled the order, not me, after he'd received the shipment and I'd paid months before. I do not trust him, and with good reason.

I had them on a desk about 160x100 cm on either side of a monitor. Just plonked them down, only while I was waiting for BX8Cs for living room. Sitting back from the desk OK, working at desk, I'd have wanted them behind the desk.

@Purité Audio doesn't have to make comparative measurements between different brands; it’s completely okay to keep his comparative measurements of only AsciLab speakers as this thread is about AsciLab speakers at Purité Audio.

It's nice to see your in-room measurements from your demo room. At least we have something to look at while waiting for the promised in-room measurements from Keith and his room, which looks more like a normal-sized living room with the speakers positioned closer to the boundaries.
