Thanks for the pics, Keith. I'm not UK based but would you know if Ascilab will be allowing customers in areas with no distributors to buy new speakers online? Their website still shows all speakers as sold out......

Yes if there is no local distributor you would just purchase directly from AsciLAB.
I have every confidence Jinsung and the rest of the AsciLAB team will eventually be able to meet demand, I suspect they have simply been inundated with orders since Amir’s fabulous reviews.

My C6Bs in modern grey, on Custom Design stands. Wasn't sure about the colour initially, but now I'm sold on it!

Haven't bought from Keith before, but would definitely use @Purité Audio again, if this wasn't my last hi-fi purchase

They are SQ 402...each stand has two pillars, although only the one at the front is visible in the picture. Bought the stand filler material as well and the total was £200 ish which I thought was a bit of a bargain.

(And of course this won't be my last hi-fi purchase.)

(The spikes sit on Herbies Gliders - think that is what they're called. They are great at protecting the floor, as well as allowing them to be moved easily should I want.)

Well that’s easy to remember just have to deduct 2.
I am glad you are enjoying them, I really like both of Asci’s gloss finishes.

sorry to ask again but what is the minimum distance one should be listening to these speakers at? I asked ascilab about this and got no replies and you're the only one who seems to have these speakers in stock

I am not sure of the minimum but I have listened to them here set up in a one metre equilateral triangle and they sound really good, usually I have them 1.5-2 metres away and apart.
Nearfield always sounds that touch sharper/clearer.

Hmm it seems 1 meter is the way to go for these for me.

I just hope the darn stock comes back soon. If it doesn't come back in a week or two I'm just gonna go with some other desktop speakers and use headphones

I know, it's just annoying that the one pair I really liked and was willing to splurge out on isn't available with local retailers and is out of stock the time I'm in the market lol, kinda sucks
