Assembly is easiest with two people — one pressing straight down on the C8C while the other starts the screws. If assembling alone, lay something soft on the floor, turn the stack over, and let the weight of the BX8C compress the pad while you fasten.
That's about 62 KG for the C8C and BX8C combo. I would be reluctant to flip that stack around alone.
 
Am I correct in thinking that P1 is the best for my room/placement? Only the left side in this file, still playing with the right side. Not a lot of difference in FR, but the RT60 decay seems much more tidy. I believe P1 is Max SPL (cardiod to 100Hz) and P3 is cardiod to 40Hz. Distance from back wall to front baffle is about 38cm, and the manual states:

Recommended distance from rear wall to speaker baffle:
● P1: 100 Hz cardioid / <85 cm
● P2: 50 Hz cardioid / <170 cm
● P3: 40 Hz cardioid / <210 cm

I used miniDSP's guide for these measurements, if that matters. I realized after the fact I forgot to disable loudness compensation, so there's about 2-3dB extra bass.

Also in the file are C8C by itself, in the BX8C preset mode, and the BX8C by itself because I was curious how they fit together. 4m distance

You can see that with lowering the effective cardioid frequency, room modes are less energized (peaks get lower).

Your waterfalls look misleading, as they are not aligned to each other and have different limits, so you cannot compare them 1:1

It might be more helpful to compare normalized spectogram views of different configurations to learn about decay times of room modes.

Also: record your room noise (silent room) to get an idea of the amount of low frequency noise present. You will see that low frequency noise is pretty high (at least in cities) - this is your lowest treshold for any comparisons.

The weight difference between C8C and BX8C is about 10kg, so pushing down the C8C can have similar pressure. You don’t really have to turn them upside down.

I opened and checked your measurement. I'd like to recommend to use P2 based on your measurement.
And though it is only for right speaker as you wrote, this below EQ filters will help to make the response smooth and less-resonances.
If you can share P2 response of both L and R measurements, I'll share recommended EQ filters.

That's great, thank you! For my own education, how did you determine P2 would be optimal? The FR is so close between the three, I presume it was something else? I'll be using Dirac ART, so the EQ will largely work itself out. Apologies, I should've mentioned that previously and saved you the time.

Is this something I can adjust after the fact? Between measurements the only thing that changed was me pressing the P1/2/3 button, so it seems like it should be easy to adjust the graphs accordingly.

Yes, you can adjust the limits of each graph after the measurement.

It has most less phase error. You can check it easily by generate minimum phase. Minimum phase can calculate excess phase. In group delay tap, excess group delay peak is the most harmful error in room response.
 
A6B has better midrange too. And If you use subwoofer, I’d like to recommend to use stereo subs with higher crossover like 100~120Hz.
Are you suggesting higher crossover for C6B, a6B, or both?

admittedly, I spent a few hours trying to better understand this but feel as though I made no progress. My right side file attached,EQ isn't necessary but if you have a moment to confirm P2 is the best option for the right side I would appreciate it!

Thinking of sending signal to bx8 first then using the through to go into c8c. That should be as good as the other way around, right?

all digital. I think it's probably safe to assume it does not matter where the signal goes in as long as the "through" carries an "exact" (unfiltered) copy on both speakers

The digital signal will somehow degrade by looping through and by cable length. Will it matter? I guess not if you follow Hypex's recommendation (max 4x modules daisy chained, no excessive cable length.
 
PS: I use AES/EBU and 14 m cable length. 110 Ohm termination plug at the end. Works perfectly.

I currently put a minidsp studio in the middle and from there identical 1+2 goes left and 3+4 goes right. Upper and lower speaker connected using through. All master and just set to the correct side L or R.

P.S. currently considering only using 1+2 and daisy chain them all..
