One passive radiator makes some really feint noise, but its really weird because excursion doesnt really linearly make the noise that much louder. Subtonic test frequencies doesnt cause the noise from passive is what makes me baffled:/For four grand?
I’d say they need to be swapped for ones that work properly.
Those white stains are from the hairspray i think, i first tried plastic cleaner i could remove the wetness but hairspray left those white spots, my mouse has matte finish too and it came really easily out of it, even with isopropyl or vinegar or plastic cleaner, i somehow feel the paint of this a6b has not cured properly As i could get it out of anything else but the speakers![]()
My guess is that it's an air leak in the rubber or somewhere else that turns it into a squeak toy.One passive radiator makes some really feint noise, but its really weird because excursion doesnt really linearly make the noise that much louder. Ex-girlfriend.I just want to know what person puts hairspray in a room with speakers? Most of the experience I have is that they put it on in the bathroom. On very rare occasions I have seen them with a quick spray in the car before getting off. But never anywhere else in the house.

I’m sincerely sorry for your inconvenience.Something weird is happening with this passive radiator, it makes kind of chirping sound? Usually during kick drums, but it doesn't make any noise even with tone test but only during music.. it stops when putting little pressure on the surround.

There are plastic picks used for electronics repair that you can use.Does anyone have a fool- (that would be me)- proof method of lifting off the mid-range trims rings without damaging the finish?
Thanks - I may even have some if I dig around. They did receive an official blessing ...There are plastic picks used for electronics repair that you can use.
If you have a few millimeters of hand nail, you can easily pull it out by pulling it from the inner circle edge. If you cut your nails recently, please use similar stuff but not too sharp or hard. Be careful to do not damage the cone or tear the surround.Does anyone have a fool- (that would be me)- proof method of lifting off the mid-range trim rings without damaging the finish?
Thanks, that was easy. My mistake was trying to lift from the outside of the ring.If you have a few millimeters of hand nail, you can easily pull it out by pulling it from the inner circle edge. Oh sorry to hear that. You can glue them with Loctite bonds. Thanks, that was easy. My mistake was trying to lift from the outside of the ring.
Some of the magnets fell off the trim ring, take care not to lose them.
