Three grand but yes if the PR isn’t right then firstly contact your retailer, hopefully they will sort things out.

For four grand?

I’d say they need to be swapped for ones that work properly.
One passive radiator makes some really feint noise, but its really weird because excursion doesnt really linearly make the noise that much louder. Subtonic test frequencies doesnt cause the noise from passive is what makes me baffled:/

Those white stains are from the hairspray i think, i first tried plastic cleaner i could remove the wetness but hairspray left those white spots, my mouse has matte finish too and it came really easily out of it, even with isopropyl or vinegar or plastic cleaner, i somehow feel the paint of this a6b has not cured properly As i could get it out of anything else but the speakers:(

Expensive, but this stuff has been formulated to clean matte surfaces.

I just want to know what person puts hairspray in a room with speakers? Most of the experience I have is that they put it on in the bathroom. On very rare occasions I have seen them with a quick spray in the car before getting off. But never anywhere else in the house.

My guess is that it's an air leak in the rubber or somewhere else that turns it into a squeak toy.

but shouldn't the tape be removed, and then the magnetic screw cover be repositioned if necessary?

Hha its in my, pull out wall cabinet, where much of her stuff is so its not cluttered all around the house

Something weird is happening with this passive radiator, it makes kind of chirping sound? Usually during kick drums, but it doesn't make any noise even with tone test but only during music.. it stops when putting little pressure on the surround.

I’m sincerely sorry for your inconvenience.
Would you please check our PM?
We’ll check that problem quickly.
Thanks.

To update the thread, isopropyl and glass cleaning fiber towel has actually made most of the stains fade quite bit. And the finish seems to be unaffected by isopropyl
It just needs a lot of elbow grease and had to use more pressure when wiping . It looks now much better under light.

And we almost broke up almost

Does anyone have a fool- (that would be me)- proof method of lifting off the mid-range trim rings without damaging the finish?

There are plastic picks used for electronics repair that you can use.
Thanks - I may even have some if I dig around. They did receive an official blessing ...

If you have a few millimeters of hand nail, you can easily pull it out by pulling it from the inner circle edge. If you cut your nails recently, please use similar stuff but not too sharp or hard. Be careful to do not damage the cone or tear the surround.

Thanks, that was easy. My mistake was trying to lift from the outside of the ring.
Some of the magnets fell off the trim ring, take care not to lose them.

Oh sorry to hear that. You can glue them with Loctite bonds.

@AsciLab - do you have any Canadian distribution and/or dealers?

For Canada, please contact Tested Audio for inquiries.

Yeah, when I removed the rings from mine the magnets were left behind. I will glue them back in
