did you consider having a grille option for the a6b ? Or is it technically not feasible due to the purify driver edge ?
Yes, grille options are also available for the A6B. Grilles can be attached to both the front and the sides.

Currently, there are no discount coupons available.
As taxes are calculated based on the total including shipping, the tax amount will be the same whether the shipping cost is included in the product price or listed separately.
Do buyers usually end up paying for tolls as well?

As far as I know, that's how it works in Korea. However, since each country has different policies, it’s important to verify based on the specific country.

For most countries that have signed an FTA with Korea, a 0% customs duty rate is applied. In most countries, VAT is calculated based on the total cost incurred when purchasing the goods.

At least when it comes to Sweden FTA seems to only apply to corporations not private individuals.
It would be an additional cost of about 290 USD in my case for C6B (all black)

It took me several times reading through the review and thread asking myself "Yeah, the price is somewhat attractive, but why is everybody acting like it's the steal of the century?" until I realised 575$ is for the pair

This would have been the speakers I needed 15 years ago, when my listening room was 4x4m/13x13ft square and I was battling a nasty +15dB room mode around 45Hz without means to EQ it out. They could be a real problem solver for people in small square rooms plaqued by boomy bass.

Customs duties and VAT should be considered separately. Even if a certificate of origin is submitted for FTA purposes, if Swedish customs does not accept it, the applicable customs duty rate for HS code 8518.22, specifically subcategory C6B, is 4.5% according to Swedish regulations, and the VAT rate is 25%.

I think he meant EU

There are several threads on the subject use the search option, you can even find some playlists under the name ''ASR'' on Spotify and probably other platforms.

found it! thanks!

I have some speakers that are 82db/1watt and they get stupid loud in a 20'x25' living room with an A07. Definitely best to ignore sensitivity nonsense.
Its not just sensitivity but load difficulty. You need a good, load tolerant amplifier. If this one is anything like the C6B's measured by Erin, they go below 2ohms.

Second is right. You can see how Erin announces AsciLab in his video. I told him how to read it by recording Lol.
You may have to send me that recording!
Super speakers, super review.

Is it me or is that a not insignificant high frequency difference in amir's klippel measurement from ascilabs? Starting arround 2K? I think the 500hz bump is bigger on Amir's as well.

I've been saying (thinking) it wrong in my head for a year. I also mispronounce "açaí" whenever my kids make me drive through Starbucks (Açaílab).

Personally, aSciLab logo would give me better clues for pronounciation than AsciLab. Minor thing, I know, but might save you a lot of hassle and time in explaining.

I really like the look (and measurements) of these. Unfortunately the grey sample seems non available in the UK. Matte finishes can be prone to even the slightest marks and white can discolour with time.

At the moment we only have demonstration units in the ‘standard’ matt black/matt white but every possible colour combination of enclosure, waveguide and grill are available to order.

What sort of warranty does purite audio offer for these AsciLab passive and upcoming active speakers in the uk.

Anyone else having problems getting a $575 price?
Mine went into the cart at $575, but changed to $725 when I entered check out. Plus $180 shipping to US. I removed from cart and started over and price is now $725 but now says "shipping included", yet when I go to the cart it adds $221 shipping onto the $725.
Something odd happening w/ their purchase system.
Apparently I must have been trying to checkout at exactly the moment Ascilab was reconfiguring their transaction system. All is stable now.
