They are too expensive , I know it’s a niche product , but you can achieve plenty of option with diy , for example a 15 tri axial or even 18 , a 2-3 way horn speaker , for example a 15 and horn , high efficiency top PA drivers , ecc, and before my judjment i got to see the measurements

Remember there is a big custom installation market where expert integrators do all the design and installation of home cinemas using very expensive high med products wheee they can make big margins. He end user is not interested in what alternative DIY speaker options are possible. They are usually very happy to spend top money on top kit and a beautiful end result.
