It is likely the line worker is wearing a Faraday (conductive) suit to work on a live line. Even though the physics is there I am not volunteering.

I seem to remember high voltage causes the left ventricle to clamp and stay clamped. Single squeeze not dangerous. But there’s a sweet spot at lower voltages, where lethal V-fib occurs, like hand on a voltage source and foot in a puddle of water completes a circuit through the heart.
