Hello everyone,in this video review:
I got three Up2Cast amp boards from Arylic, with these boards I will try to set up tri-amping.
The Up2Cast amp board is based on the ACM8628 chip and has a good output power (25w x2 8ohm 24v),despite its modest size.
The board is interesting due to the presence of many options for feeding a signal to it,it has own DSP processor,a parametric equalizer separate for each channel (configured via ACPworkbench),it has own Up2Cast application, spdif, aux input,USB connection,
the ability to connect a flash drive, but the most interesting thing is the presence of the new Bluetooth Auracast technology,
which allows the board to transmit the incoming signal to other Up2Cast boards and devices with Auracast support, making it possible to transmitt an audio signal like a small radio station, over a range of about 10 meters, the broadcast can be made public or private.
The board can operate in PBTL mode if you install a jumper.
The board remembers the last input before turning off.
The GO control application allows you to adjust the crossover frequency for the subwoofer output, set the desired audio input, combine amplifiers together, select who will transmitt the signal via Auracast and who will receive it,select music on a flash drive and adjust the volume level.
The kit includes a small screwdriver, instructions and a mount for acoustics.
Up2Cast amp provides many opportunities for implementing audio projects.
