Did end up to ordering L30 II/E30 II stack and boy they beat the Arturia like a dead horse with headphones.

That's weird. I used to own the L30 and it didn't make a single difference compared to my Focusrite 2i4. It was just louder.

Would this be an ok DAC to use with say an SMSL HO100 amp? I doubt my novice ears will notice the difference anyway between this and a proper good DAC.
