Well, speaking as someone who used to do audio marketing for a living, I would not agree here. An important concept in writing marketing copy is "RTBs" or "Reasons To Believe". Basically, why should anyone believe your speaker is great and worth thousands of dollars? They do give reasons but they're vague and unconvincing, I think as you note, they fall short of good RTBs and end up sounding more like hand-waving.

Pointed example: "Featuring an impressive 8-layer design"... sorry, but you don't get to just tell me it's impressive. Why is 8 layers impressive? What's impressive about it? What does it do for the sound? It's "robust" and has "outstanding performance and durability". You could be talking about windshield -wipers or toilet paper here... it's incredibly non-specific to the product. "Show me, don't tell me," as they say in middle school writing exercises...

My former CMO (not in audio) used to say "most is a must" in that you almost never want to fail to use superlatives in marketing. It makes sense. If your product is not the best in at least some way, why should anyone buy it?

So, example: Is 8 layers the most in its category? Is 4 inches of excursion? Is the heat sink the biggest? For the money, SOMETHING about this speaker should be category-leading, but either it's not first in anything, or the marketing team (probably just the founder or his brother in law or whatever) whiffed that.

I give them a generous C- for this copy, it touches on a lot of elements that might justify the price but manages not to make any of them sound convincing.

Aside from 4” of excursion everything else is word salad. The excursion is impressive but devoid of literally any other information it’s meaningless.absurd pricing for a product you know nothing about. Know it’ll never happen, getting one for testing but I guarantee distortion is absurd.

'' PRECISION IN SOUND, WHERE LOUD MEETS CLARITY ''
Yeah, clearly the janitor took charge of the marketing part. Small companies should externalise such work, it's not that expensive.
''competition warhead subwoofer'': ok, at least they know their public.
''4 inches of excursion (...) no distorsion'': no comment.

Ehm, to make it even more trustful,
You should have added "I use them myself", now i'm still in a bit of doubt tbh.

Ah - so it does fatigue but you can't see it. In general I believe drivers fail because of surprise events, or because the glue gives up rather than material fatigue. Correct me if I'm wrong!

That sounds exactly like AI slop. Someone was too lazy to actually write their own copy. Yuck.

"Armageddon Warhead" - sounds like the latest nonsense idea to come out of the new department for war

Apparently the interwebs are still incapable of transmitting sarcasm
