Just as the title says.
Recently i've begun to look into secondary ownership products so that I can take advantage of the price cut along with reusing/repurposing perfectly good set of headphones. In this day and age you hear a lot about headphones having some pretty bad channel imbalances and often times people will return them, and rightfully so, so they may get a more true to target pair. But how many of these headphones get tossed into the B-stock lot for resale and without ever being fixed or having the drivers swapped? Is this part of the resale process for the major manufacturers?
Would love to get some insight and information on this topic and hopefully moving forward perhaps help the community out.
For reference, i'm on the hunt for DT 900 Pro X and see them in Beyerdynamic's outlet tab where they sell B-stock.
Cheers!
