@MI_FI
Hi.
I'm writing to you in English, but if you'd like, send me a message so we can be more direct.
To summarize, I think the Arcam A25 is exactly that; it has a noise due to poor, or at least inadequate, filtering.
They told me the new A25+ series is better, but after a month of waiting (despite it being available at the same store chain but in a different location), they kept telling me it wasn't available, and I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back!
Too bad, I would have gladly tried it and probably would have solved it by now...
I had the same problem with Rega, specifically the Elict MK5. One channel wouldn't work and it was getting very hot. After sending it in for repairs with no great success, I returned it.
I don't trust all these "homemade" Class "D" devices that are so popular these days. They have no resale value and no warranty (the only solution is to send them back to them), and they often don't acknowledge the defect or charge you shipping fees.
After two bad experiences with defective products (without naming names) and various problems, I'm done! This time, too, PayPal had to intervene to avoid losing the money...absurd.
Believe me, I don't know what to do. I'm seriously considering a Nuprime product (STA-9X or Ida-9) or the new Onkyo Ikon A-50, which is on sale for around €1,100.
The system has been down for three months and I hope to get it resolved as soon as possible.
If you want, as I said, let's talk privately. OK?
See you soon and have a good day.
