Apollon Audio Class-D Amp Build Quality

@Apollon Audio please note that the 1ET7040SA powered by the SMPS1200A400 at 63V does not reach the full 950W at 2 ohms specified by the module on 70V, and stated on your website, but rather around 750W at 2 ohms.

What about the non premium monoblocks?
It depends on the model. Lead time for our premium multichannel amps is around 30-40 working days currently.
I'm only asking because I ordered a basic monoblock on Dec 19th. Lead time is supposed to be 21 working days. We're double that and I haven't heard anything regarding the order. Growing beyond impatient at this point. Did you forget to build the amp?

Please give me your order number and I will check with our production team.

Why do you have to communicate in a public forum? Did the manufacturer not answer your private contact attempts?

I placed an order two months ago and haven’t heard anything about it. I asked about the lead time for the amp I had ordered 12 days ago on Feb 5th. No response to my inquiry about timing. No update on the amp. It seems customers needs or questions aren’t really being tended to. I think making it public is perfectly reasonable at this point. If I had a reply within a day or two to my question here, I would have just sent a PM, but 12 days for a customers or potential customers question is troubling.

I could have just sent an inquiry via PM, but given the premium that we pay for these, the customer shouldn’t be the person chasing down the manufacturer. If there was any sort of delay, I should have been notified. If the order was misplaced or overlooked, I think it’s reasonable that that possibility is made public. Sorry if you disagree.

I have checked all the emails and there is no unaswered email. Can you please give me your order number so that I can check what went wrong here.

I think we surpassed the Purifi ref design with our Pure 12 1ET400A multichannel amp

The buffer is not bypassed @12.8dB Gain

Jeeeez! If only you had the resources to build an AVP to couple with such beast, big manufacturers would be terrorized!

Honestly, most processors feel shameful to be paired with such an amp.

I forgot to mention this also, I used the chat feature on their website about three weeks ago but never heard back. Before I ordered I exchanged a few emails which were always answered within a day or two.

I have checked our email box ([email protected]) and unfortunately couldn’t find your email. There was only one chat message, but we didn't get no notification, because we were already closed for that day. Please note that we are in GMT+1 European time.

I have checked with our production team and your order was already shipped out to you. I will send the tracking number to your email. I'm sorry for the delay and inconvenience.
