Do you have a DC blocking filter immediately after your analog input in the Sigma Studio schematic? If not, that is first thing you should try. The A/D converter can have a small DC offset that is exacerbated by turn-on of external power supply.Well I was hoping to get away with unbalanced in and out, but I'm getting pops on just the tweeter amp when turning on phantom power on my interface. I'll have to do the balanced trick and lose some total ins and outs. When using the programmer, I get mic signal into the tweeter amp even with phantom off and it's a condenser. Some sort of strange bleed happening.
