Anyone Buy the New Schiit Mimir Yet?

I'm also curious about this DAC, particularly the digital input selection via remote and its affordable price, which has caught my eye.

I have been avoiding Topping and SMSL since most of the products I bought from them didn't last more than one to two years.

Gustard, Schiit, and Singxer have held up well, though.

I had a Topping D70 Pro Octo die after three weeks so I’ve just ordered a Mimir (no Forkbeard). It’ll be interesting because my Concept 50’s also perished the week before (kid + finger / dust cap). The only Q Acoustics retailer in my country sent me to a tech that literally couldn’t take the drivers out without damaging the cabinet. He said they’re not serviceable. That’s not my jam so instead of replacing like for like I ordered a pair of Amphion Argon 3s.

So the system is getting a makeover whether I like it or not. Fingers crossed!
