I bought a dac/amp from LG (LG Hi-Fi Plus with B&O PLAY) , there was a nice discount on it. But I can't find much tech info about it.
Chipset is
ES9028C2M + Sabre9602C
https://www.lg.com/africa/cell-phones/lg-AFD-1200

How good is this amp/dac really?
It seems to work fine with my Senn 598cs , and with Hifiman 400i , there seems to be enough power but since I can't compare it to more powerfull amps I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Again I guess since it doesn't have battery it's not enough for Senn 650's.

Any idea?

nor does it have enough info about chipset.

All you had to do was run a Web search on the chips listed in the article, and it would've retrieved the information you're interested in...

maximum output:414mVrms, 1Vrms, 1.94Vrms
maximum output depends on the impedance of device.
lineout:1.1V
lineout mode is enabled when interconnect cables are connected.
output impedance:1.8ohm

@hetzer Thank you for the reply.

Sorry for the newbie questions.
Can anyone compare these results to better knows Dacs/Amps. For example how do these compare to AudioQuest - DragonFly Red?
I used these with Senn 598cs . Result was quite pleasant, very clean sound and more than enough loud too. With Hifiman 400i, again clean sound , kinda enough loudness, but some may not found it enough. I'm trying to figure out if I can get a better sound with self powered Amps/dacs.
and I don't know how would these perform with Senn 650's. Specs says it supports up to 300ohm headphones but since Hifiman 400i is like at the edge of acceptable level , I'm not sure it will be enough for Senn 650.

Release price of this amp/dac was like 150usd , I found an online shop that has a nice discount . They were about 10usd ! . Probably no one knew what these were for. :)
