Any reason to spend more than a Wiim Vibelink amp for my needs?

Hi all, looking untangle myself from over-analysis. Have got 3 options to power a couple of ceiling speakers in a kitchen/diner. (Either MA CP-CT380IDC or MA C3L-CP - the former are EoL and hard to find - want sealed units).
  • Usage will mostly be background music whilst cooking with occasional mid-to loud playback when the mood suits. Then a handful of times a year having a party/gathering - up to 6 hours or so at louder playback levels.
  • Source will be AirPlay 2 (mainly Apple Music).
  • Room size - 9m x 6m (30’ x 20’).
  • Currently served by a Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin Air - it's fine for background, but struggles for the party use case (it's usually maxed out), will also be nice to get rid of the clutter.
  • Don't need/want - screens, remotes, bespoke multi-room, apps, radio, additional inputs.
  • It needs to be reliable, the current setup just works - auto senses Airplay input, switches on and returns to standby soon after playback is stopped.
Options
  1. Wiim Pro > Optical > Wiim Vibelink [£468] - cheapest
  2. Wiim Pro > Optical > SMSL SU1 > Nord VL MP NC252 [£592] - slightly costlier, more power (and flexibility)
  3. NAD C 379 + BluOS module [£800 from a friend (usually £999)] - most expensive, but handy single box
(Opting for the Wiim Pro due to the 12v trigger, I also considered the 3e Audio A5/A7 for option 2 but didn't want to go down the Ali Express route).

Is there any need to spend more than option 1? Would either of the costlier options produce better output e.g. due to the headroom of option 2 or NAD's dynamic 'IHF' output?
