As we know, the RZ30 was the last new AVR from Onkyo and it's been nearly 1.5 years since its debut. Traditionally, there would be an Integra equivalent following suit as they did back in 2021. Does the fact that there's no Integra equivalent to the RZ30 or even any announcement at CES (in lock step w/the Onkyo RZx1 offerings for 2027) mean no new AVRs are coming from them soon?

I have been looking for new announcements as well. What type of capabilities or capacity would a newly designed unit have over the current ones? I tried a number of the cutrent generation units and thought the r70 to be the best by far. I am personally lookikg for something that has auro and Dirac. The 3800 di not seem to be worth investing another 1k in for the full suite. Maybe I am off but I think a unit with Auro and Dirac with the specs of the rz 50 and four subs fir 2k. Thats what I am lookikg for. I am currently running Denon 4500 which I am profoundly happy with.

I like the option of Samsung's Denon '3800' AVR because it has been measured and AFAIK, no manufacturer has deeper pockets to stay in the AVR business than Samsung.

Dirac ART for which the PAC faithful are waiting for?

I suppose HDMI 2.2 will be expected for 2027 as well.

I expect whatever Onkyo releases in the next year we’ll see Integra versions.
