The mic pre have to be isolated as its an electrical nightmare for my pc and the double isolator is cheaper than the single. Or i should use mic pre > isolator > preamp > isolator > audio interface.
Its so bad that turning on the mic preamp triggers the usb overvoltage protection where the audio interface is plugged in. The idea is using an isolator back to back to contain this demon then use that preamp for additional gain to ease the load on the audio interfaces preamps. The added distortion is not really an issue as this mic is only for discord.
