Hey all, does anyone have experience with the quality of the DACs or headphone outs of the Antelope Audio Zen Quadro or MOTU UltraLite mk5?
My main headphones are the Audeze LCD-2 Classics which I use with software EQ. I'm currently using a Presonus iostation24c for my speaker monitors with a Schiit modi 2 multibit feeding thx789 headphone amp, but I am having latency issues with the Presonus and there are a half dozen reasons I want to get rid of the Schiit, but rather than buying a dedicated Toping d50iii I was thinking a new interface would serve the same purpose. For connections, right now this is single-ended which lets me pass through the signal to my Stax energizer and TA-66 amp for HD650. The 789 has balanced inputs (less noise) but if I use the balanced out from the DAC I can't feed my Stax or tube amp.
