Hmm, didn't see anything about this on many forums.

It's another entry level interface along the lines of ID4, SSL 2 MKII, Apogee Boom, etc. These products all rather look the same on the surface as a result of their limited price and being a bus-powered, but the devil is usually in the details. Physical hardware design and software quirks usually push people one way or another.

Seems like antelope audio has never offered anything for this cheap of a price though.

Antelope have a history of slightly annoying software and support issues, so I won’t be in the market for this one.

I hope they can improve the headphone amplifier design, as previous interfaces have high output resistance.

I think I'm gonna try this shit! I've tried 4 DACs so far - all entry level, not too different on paper. Cheap. They ALL sound different. It's not subtle. And for playback, not recording. There are distinct tone shaping and presentation differences going on.

Not sure where I can post my findings so far but I need to dump them somewhere. And in time I'll have Zenith 2 as well.
