Andrew Jones MoFi Speakers

Really?

I'm frankly not a fan of Danny either. But he did do a measured analysis of of the source point 8, apparently identified some issues that "could be better," corrected for them (frequency response linearity, evened out impedance) and showed the measurements. Why is that not the type of thing that would interest anyone here?

They probably don't like the "snake oil" side

Question is, when correcting errors using his own measurements, what's happening to the total response and sound power? The EIR is pretty close to perfect with the 8s to begin with.

Because he's proven himself completely untrustworthy in his ability to make meaningful measurements, makes only the most primitive type of measurement in any case (no Klippel, no anechoic chamber, no outdoor-on-a-high-platform a la audioholics), and because whatever "issues" he's identified, I'm quite sure Andrew Jones & team already know about them and already consider to be acceptable tradeoffs, if they are even "issues" at all.

I wonder if the center speaker will be the next release.
