Criterias

Dead silent.
400 - 1000 watt 8 ohm
500 - 1000 €
Plug and play.

Idlike this thread to be open outside my budget and criterias (except silent) cause when searching the internet i dont find a alot.

What I have found myself this far

Hypex Ncore 1200 monoblock
But they are to expensive atm.

Xtz amplifier edge a2 400

If there is a pro amp that's no problem as long as it is without a fan.

Dsp and filtering

I have Marantz SR 7015 that do the low pass filtering (does it high pass?)
To people without avr I guess mini dsp does the job.

Speaker
JBL 4645c pro cinema subwoffer

Accidentally made two threads so I copied your post.

Used in mono (it can be used by specs) will give you even more and the module tested by Amir in the Peachtree was excellent at 20Hz.

Plus 5-year warranty.

Define 'dead silent' - are you talking fan noise (some dB level), or some level of uV on the outputs?

Like I wrote, no fan.
But also, the 2242H that's in the sub has a sensitivity at 99db so it's pretty good at picking up electrical interference. I tried with som amps that was not build well and they introduce hum. At our old place i was able to have the amps in a seperate room.
