amp and dac recommendations for Arya stealth (600 USD)

I dont care if it is a dac or amp combo, i just want something with a good synergy with the headphone, looking to spend less than the price of the Arya stealth i just got (600). I have some ideas but i want to hear what this community has to say

The Arya Stealth is a fairly easy headphone to drive, so something like the Topping DX1 could easily squeeze out everything it has to give and bestow you with hearing damage in the process (117dB SPL Peak)
