^^I have read that article from NASA and agree on not knowing odds….yet. I want and hope for more research. I would assume you agree. If we can nail down how life started, I think we can then begin to understand how the various transitions led to intelligent life.

Did you see second article on their attempt to narrow it down and concluded it's not likely? Not encouraging but I also think it's at best a WAG at this point.

I want and hope fir more research. I would assume you agree.

There's lots of research happening both looking far far out via the JWT, and right here on our own planet. I may be going to NASA as press again. I was there in 2015, applied to go again for a launch coming up. I hope they accept my application. I was able to talk with all sorts of interesting people about my love of all things space travel.

Either Earth is being visited by technically advanced non-human intelligence (NHI), or it is not. Regardless of what is the actual truth, to me this subject is mind boggling.

On one hand, for 75+ years the U.S. government has continued to tell the world that there is no evidence of technically advanced NHI.

On the other hand, numerous former government officials, some having come out of very high positions, all maintain that we are being visited by technically advanced NHI, and that the U.S. government has been able to hide the evidence. The list of those people includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Paul Hellyer - Former Minister of National Defense of Canada
Haim Eshed - Former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's Space Directorate
Christopher Mellon - Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (Clinton and G. W. Bush administrations)
Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet - Commander Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command
Col. Karl Nell - Advisor to the Vice Chief of Staff of Army
Col. Philip J. Corso - Chief of Pentagon Foreign Technology Desk
Dr. Edgar Mitchell - Astronaut (6th man to walk on the moon)
Gordon Cooper - Mercury Astronaut
Luis Elizondo - Director of the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (ATTIP)

If the the hypothesis that we are being visited by NHI is not true, it blows my mind that so many apparently credible people would make the statements they have made pertaining to NHI visitation being a real phenomenon. Why would so many apparently credible people participate in promulgating a false narrative, some at great risk to their reputations?

If the the hypothesis that we are being visited by NHI is true, it blows my mind that the government has been so successful, for so long, at embedding in our culture a false narrative that this is all just B.S., and doing such a fantastic job at hiding the physical evidence.

It’s a fair point. On the flip side, all those senior people and not a single one has managed to smuggle a photograph or some other evidence out in order to prove this beyond doubt…..seems odd to me and a little unlikely.

I would also add that a lot of those names now make a living from talking about thier “knowledge” on the subject. Make of that what you will.

There are possible reasons:

1) They are being ordered to lie and feel it is their duty to obey

2) Money.

3) Coerced - blackmail or threat to their safety or people they care about.

4) They understand and agree with the reason for the disinformation campaign and willingly assist it.

Not saying any of that is the case but they are typical reasons why someone suspends their principles and lies about something.

You may say it's improbable but is it more improbable than aliens?

And what's even more mind blowing that the visits are never in a public place and no undeniable evidence has ever been brought forward.

That said... if there were clear pictures or even filmed in hi res all the world would believe it is created by a film studio and fake.

It's a no win situation.

Many of them have oaths or non-disclosure agreements that prevent them from disclosing everything they know. Both Luis Elizondo and David Grusch have stated on numerous occasions that there is much they can't share with the public because of that. Indeed, in the Congressional UFO hearing last year Grusch's answer to many of the questions was that he could not answer those questions publicly but was willing to provide the answers in a SCIF to those with appropriate security clearances.

I think both can be true simultaneously, there's no doubt elements in our government have lengthy disinformation campaigns and have their useful idiots to do it. Some of that is to keep what they want hidden hidden, some of it is to keep any real discussion of NHI in our airspace from happening.

I don't know whether you watched the congressional hearing on UAPs in July of last year. Congressmen/woman Burchett, Gaetz and Luna went to Eglin AFB to follow up on a recent UAP report. The base commander would not allow Burchett nor Luna to see the evidence because they did not have appropriate security clearences. Gaetz did have the clearance, and saw evidence.
