I'm surprised at your choice of words given that early in the video he explains why he no longer calls it debunking.I would think the video is right up your alley. Mick West debunks a lot of UAP videos. Smart guy. On top of that, he's British.

Some things about the UAP Science Advisory Council are not adding up for me. For instance, Dr. James Lacatski has publically acknowledged he was present when the hull of a UAP was breached. Assuming he is telling the truth, he should have a lot of valuable information to provide, which should save a lot of time spent barking up the wrong trees (e.g., analyzing videos of birds, balloons, Chinese lanterns, etc. - all of which are in the videos released by the DoW). Moreover, if the administration really is interested in getting to the bottom of what is happening, the President need only sign an executive order authorizing Lacatski to disclose what he knows to himself, his cabinet and/or to the UAP Science Advisory Council. That should have been the very first step of the process unless they know that Lacatski is lying, or the administration already knows the truth and is just putting together the UAP Science Advisory Council for a dog and pony show.

Many believe the truth is that UAP is a result of cover stories for classified weapons programs, misidentifications, hoaxes, lies, etc., and it spun out of control. As far as I can tell, that hypothesis is as likely, or perhaps even more likely, than other hypotheses. If that is what the President believes to be the truth, would he be wrong?

The current occupant of the office of President and 'the truth' are diametrically opposed.
Imagine what things would be like today if the AAF had simply admitted in 1947 that the debris found in Roswell belonged to them and it was from a classified program that they would not discuss any further.

Alright, he spends a lot of time on crop circles because they are tangible. However, he is a skeptic and generally tries to debunk or stay with verifiable evidence. He is the type that rejects the alien hypothesis, because an alien has not knocked on his front door or made public appearances.
I think there is more to the mystery, such as military people who have talked about sightings at facilities or the abduction stories. There is the zoo hypothesis that aliens are watching us without interfering.

Argument from ignorance is a logical fallacy, and I can't explain many crazy things like orb sightings. I have also seen the orbs on video. It is on the web, but not everyone is inclined to actually investigate things.
