No worries, humanity will continue to exist on this planet for about 5 billion years, but it will take on a different form. However, it will be nothing like the life we know today. There will be no wars on Earth for billions of years.

I would like to point out that this information about the future has been given to every literate person or anyone capable of listening. It has not been secret information at all for about 3,000 years, to this day. Most people just don't know about it and don't value it at all. Let them be.

Looks like just another stone to me. Different mineral content to the others hence different colour. (EDIT: Just noticed the original is black and white - has this been coloured by someone? If so has someone coloured that item differently to make it look unnatural?) It narrows too quickly for that to be perspective, and the "it looks like a cylinder" comes (IMO) from the dark shadowed end that just happens to have created a near (but not even) circular shadow.

People need to stop reading things into random stuff. It is the exact same process that had people analysing photos of the moon landings to find evidence of a hoax - all the resulting breathlessly delivered conclusions were easily debunked by anyone with a moderate understanding of photography, light, shadow, perspective, and the behaviour of stuff in a vacuum.

That is why I wanted to see the color processed image directly from Washington University. I was hoping that there would be information on how the colors were processed from the raw NASA images. The MastCam on Curiosity is capable of color imaging (not sure if it is a sensor with an RGB array on the individual photosites (pixels) or if it takes separate images through external R,G, and B filters that are combined in processing). Unfortunately I do not see that information.

My initial and continued impression is that someone processed the object to have or to highlight a different color than the rest of the scene, thus enhancing an appearance that is unnatural. The shape of the object appears true to the online monochrome image from NASA, but color can have a big influence on how our brain and imagination interprets an object.

The facts are that throughout our history of imaging scenes on the Moon and Mars, many such unnatural looking objects have been recorded. Often their appearance dramatically changes when re-imaged at different times of the “day” when shadows are cast from a different angle. They then lose their artificial appearance and become unremarkable.

More like 1 billion years. Here is what Wikipedia says, which correlates with multiple different scientists I have heard speak on the subject:

There is some evidence of somethings (radar of the "Tic Tacs" tracked by fighter jets off San Diego is the most compelling to me) flying around that are hard to explain and understand. At this point assertions are all we have as there is not any proof one way or another of whether or not UFOs exist and if they do exist what they are. This makes it a fun topic for discussion but nothing is going to be resolved and few minds will be changed because without facts people will revert to their beliefs which are not going to be changed without facts.... and in many cases they won't change even with facts.

UFOs/UAPs will never reveal anything that would confirm to you during your lifetime that they are machines belonging to extraterrestrial beings, for example from the outer reaches of the Milky Way. You and all of you will remain outside the mystery of this knowledge for your entire lives. They are not what many people believe them to be. But that is nothing new to me.

I don't know anything about demonic beings, I just gave you the definition that I got from google.

I am not sure if some assertions are considered "better" than others (since none are proven) but I believe the 4 top assertions about UFOs are:

1. They are explainable and understandable natural phenomena.
2. They are extraterrestrial / from another dimension.
3. They are secret military aircraft.
4. They are demonic beings messing around with us.
