Exactly that,
By sneakily renaming it "phenomenon" (which could literally mean anything!) the message to the masses is that they are not really craft (nuts and bolts stuff), just some random anomaly, aka, nothing to see here folks, please keep moving, we will do the thinking for you.

According the statements of the 2 pilots or (ex pilots) witnesses in this hearing commercial and military pilots often encounter or encountered objects like that, seemingly floating or just the opposite hanging steady in one place, against the wind, then suddenly accelerating at breakneck speeds up to above mach 1,
surely no balloon is capable of this Behaviour.
They also stated that these things were visible on Multiple sensory systems.
It could mean of course that ALL those witnesses are lying, it could also mean that the Airforce/Government/DOD is lying when they say that there are no such images.
I can't help it that even elected members of congress get stonewalled by the powers that be, again watch the congressional hearing.
if it's really all BS and nothing to it, show those people the evidence,
explain why it's within normal parameters and explainable, and we can put it to rest once and for all, i'm all for it, but for some reason i don't think they will ever do this.
Personally i believe that the majority of UFO's are secretly "ours"
But the stakes are so high, revealing this dark secret would be even worse, it would mean that we could have done away with fossil fuels some 50-60 year ago, it would mean that climate change could have and SHOULD have been avoided, imagine 50-60 years no or minimal greenhouse gasses be pumped into the atmosphere.

That's probably somekind of balloon, and it's not necessarily "whizzing by" as they say in the video because it might not be barely moving at all, in fact if the aircraft is doing 200+knots then objects whiz by because of your high relative speed anyway. If the UFO was actually moving fast towards the plane then it would whizz by a lot faster due to 200+ knots plus 200+ knots is relative speed of 400+ knots, and it's even more extreme if you can imagine 2 planes doing a realistic 500+ knots towards each other which equates to 1000+ knots relative speed, which means it would go from a spec on the horizon to a collision with you almost before you could even react to it, so the closing speed of that UFO in the video is not special at all. I think that's just a balloon, and it's also impossible to judge the size of the object and therefore how far away it is, which will affect what the closing speed would feel like to you as it goes past due to I think the parallax effect it's called - objects further away when going past look like they're going slower in comparison to if they are near. It's probably just a balloon.
EDIT: the pilot is at about 30,000ft they say in the video, so yes that means he'll probably be doing something like 500knots in his A320.

i have theory what if they , not sure if its been/has been mentioned before , what if the disappearance of ships boats air planes over ( at random times ) bermuda triangle and those air planes went to alien civilisation at great high time travel speeds and the aliens looked at how the planes worked and modified them then returned back to earth time in ufo of that plane ?

Most humans underestimate/cannot comprehend the vast size of the Milky Way galaxy, let alone the universe. The leap of technological knowledge required to come close to light speed is well, light years beyond where humans are at this point in time. The travel time from even moderately distanced stars is hundreds if not thousands of years and alien species, if they exist, would most likely send remote probes to explore local space. At this point we do not have proof of faster than light speed travel, so we need to use light years as the basic measurement.
Why even fly into a remote world's atmosphere when beings that technologically advanced could just orbit a planet and gather what they need from the relative safety of space ?

once travelling at certain speed is maintained constant at that speed , weightless zzero g no or nothing in resistance to slow down , of course do have to slow down or to have sensors way , way ahead of spacecraft to be able to navigate around any object in direct path or maybe itself travelling at different angle and may come inline with travelling spacecraft
so light - speed and at what speed , yes they be just as possibly frail as the species lifeforms on earth and , again what speed ? need to get a to b like in a year or less , i mean it be like watching actual wet paint drying , looking at empty expanding blackness with stars , galaxies with possible solar systems with maybe possible planets with neighbouring star/sun

voyagers make luxury rich persons sports car look like a snail , so will at light speed spacecraft be on the outer rim of the solar system in how long ? i don't know ? spacecraft could strike object in its path ? and let me stress , spacecraft needs to slow down if anything in its flight path , once slows down does its magic - bean light speed propulsion system then , light speeds it again as it has slowed down and therefore not travelling at light speed , see space isn't an easy task ,
voyagers dish is pointing back towards this solar system , it be of only little few more no years use till approx 2025 when all small amount of nuclear power that has powered the spacecrafts for almost near close 50 no years , staggeringly incredible
you and i will never see it , other than on daytime we see blue atmosphere by night we see the stars even thou stars are there in the daytime , just glared by star/sun light
does another planet have and no one knows , what type gravity , air , water species plants any type land formation all that is , i don't know . telescopes can't see they can only detect an object that appears to be orbiting around star/sun as sometimes there is darkness and other times oh , can see something so its something orbiting , well , well outside of solar system , galaxy and so therefore we will never ever get to actually land on it and send transmission back as there be on one to receive it , space program may change hands or go bankrupt or other ? would take hundreds to thousands or million or billion or trillion , as one knows just how large long wide , whatever the universe is
the spacecraft will be unmanned light speed , if ever possible , but not as of yet , well that's their problem not mine or yours for us to worry about its their problem solving
anyway what else is new then , i think musk is boring x brand , i think same about zackbeefburger and his faceburger site , as humans are only classified as numbers like cattle on his stock market shares

July 16 to December 5 is 142 days.
It would seem they'd have to be hanging out much much much closer than our nearest (known) planetary system (4 light years) to "see" the blast and get here to do something about it in that timeframe
But why take down a training flight of torpedo bombers 1800 miles away from Jornada del Muerto?
