Intergalactic flight regs stipulate this. Red flashing light must be visible at all times during roadside picnics.

That appears to change from hovering to moving flight? That appears to be much nearer and lower than the aircraft, so that its movement is relatively greater? That red UAP?

Well, apparently "the Military" deems it not importantly enough that these things can (and will) make 4K or even 8K super high quality video video and photo recordings of strategic bases and operations, now even commercial drones of about $700-$1000 can do that with ease, oh well

In some cases at least, they have determined they don't believe they are commercial drones. Some were as big as a car.

I don't understand people confusing "the military are not talking about it" (or are downplaying it) with "the military deem it unimportant"

IME the more important the military deem it, the less they talk about it.

Crap cellphone optics and crap audience cognition have some obvious parallels. But the former do actually have glass and mirrors, the latter fail via different mechanisms. Entire belief systems built on refraction.
