In the photo you show, silver blends a bit better. I tend to favor speakers that hide themselves in the room rather than being in your face statement pieces that say I’m a dick who likes music and have a couple bucks.

Yeah, those asymmetrical silver bezels... yikes.

Excited to learn more about the design and performance of the speakers though!

Hello,
I really like my Aiyima Gear.
So, of course speakers might be interesting.

The copper ones look better in my opinion.
But I also agree, that this asymmetrical silver Element between tweeter and woofer is not so good looking.

It's always an issue to find a good design if the tweeter is not centered.
Also I see the advantage to move the tweeter out of center (more linear FR), I see more disadvantages for this solution:
  • Asymmetrical dispersion patterns
  • Difficult to design
  • Less stable stereo panorama
... and the on-axis frequency responce can be easily corrected also if the tweeter is centered.

I actually don’t care one bit what they look like, only how they measure and sound, maybe I’m a outlier here (both look nice tho)

They stick out like a sore thumb in the image you provided because the background and furniture you choose just doesn't fit the black box at all. The blob between woofer and tweeter doesn't fit the room style, but at least light colored box would make them blend better

Measurements first please, even if they are design targets. Aesthetics are pretty immaterial if these are poor performers.

Personal opinion: don't like the mix of colours and that slanted, contrasting, bezel. Looks messy and confused. The silver variant has fewer colours, so less messy, but still not great.

Silver, neutral colours fit more rooms.

Unrelated note, do a waveguide on the tweeter and make that piece your colour accent. You can have a cleaner looking symmetric baffle and the acoustic performance will go up substantially for only a few dollars worth of plastic.

Design Style.
Among this group, I would say that, while form (style) is somewhat a requirement, function is the absolute requirement.
If it functions very well, the nice form at a resonable price is a bonus. I thing that they look good, so I hope that we get to see how they measure
(personaly I am not in the market for something in that size category:
but I could see myself giffting some speakers in that size category.

There's a problem if they're used to support video. The exposed woofer and tweeter with the shiny bezel could be distracting to viewers.
