Hello,
I would like to present my observations about the Aiyima T1 PRO preamplifier in combination with the Aiyima A07 MAX amplifier.
I have had the Aiyima A07 MAX amplifier for about half a year.
From the very beginning, I was very impressed with how such a "small box" can play so powerfully. I listened to it in combination with large Pylon Audio Diamond 28 MKI and Avance Omega 509 MKII floor-standing loudspeakers, and in each case it sounded very dynamic and entertaining, although I must admit that it was tiring in the long run, but I prefer a warmer, tube sound. This is what I missed in the sound of the Aiyima A07 MAX, the tube charm and sweet midtones.
I decided about the need for a preamplifier, and Aiyima presented a new T1 PRO model with tubes, matching the design of the A07 MAX.
I thought that's it, after connecting and turning on T1 Pro for the first time, I was shocked, the sound has changed significantly and in every aspect it's definitely a big plus.
So, one by one, the high tones have become more refined, there are no sibilants, they are detailed, but not sharp. The midrange has been properly tightened, human voices sound natural, they are not dry (as was the case with the A07 MAX itself). Finally, the bass is fast and very well controlled, there is no rumble.
Overall, the whole thing sounds much more cultured and mature. There was more space in the sound and what surprised me was the holography, the sound gained a lot of depth, it is definitely not a flat sound.
It's shocking that you can get such a fantastic sound at such a low price, thanks Aiyima!
So, if anyone has A07 MAX and is considering adding T1 PRO, I highly recommend it. You certainly won't be disappointed with this system upgrade.
Best regards
Kamil
