The attenuation curve ranges from 20 Hz to about 300 Hz. If you set the crossover point near 80 Hz, you lose a lot of bass frequencies. If you set it closer to 300 Hz, the sub does too much (esp. if you have tower speakers with nice mid-bass). Aiyima A20 mono's HPF is a joke. Suppose their stereo version isn't better.

So any recommendation? I just want a good amp with good HPF why must it be so hard.
Might be easier to find a decent preamp with bass management and then just attach some decently performing power amp behind it (these aren't tested yet by Amir, but there are plenty others that have been). Then you'll get a remote control, too.

But that means I'll have to get rid of my existing dac too.
I would frame it as a positive, “I’m able to get rid of this box that only does one thing” but I understand loss.

Not sure how's that a positive, unless I lack space to place them all (which I don't).
Less clutter, less cabling, fewer connections, fewer chances for ground loops, fewer devices that could pick up noise, better energy efficiency, single point of control, enhanced functionality due to better integration, etc.
It's no DIRAC, but RoomFit has come a long way.
Anyway, you could do a WiiM Ultra if you prefer to retain your current DAC for the analog conversion, and combine that with separate amp(s) too.

As far as I know, wiim ultra also doesn't work with dac, has to get rid of 1 or the other.
Maybe the only way I can do now is miniDSP. Too bad it doesn't have a local seller in my country, so I'll see how I can buy and get it shipped directly from HK

WiiM Ultra (not WiiM Amp Ultra) 100% works with external DACs, it has digital outputs. I have used it that way, combined with the subwoofer output, via both, USB output to separate DAC for the speakers as well as one of the two S/PDIF outputs (optical or coaxial) again, simultaneously with the subwoofer output, and full bass management in all cases.
Everything has a trade-off.
