AIYIMA 48V 10A GaN PSU won't power on my A20

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I own an AIYIMA A20 that works perfectly with the original 48V 5A power supply included with the amplifier.
I purchased the official AIYIMA 48V 10A GaN power supply on Amazon (the same model sold separately by AIYIMA). The power supply LED turns on, but the A20 does not power on at all.
What I've verified so far:
AIYIMA sells the A20 with either a 48V 5A or 48V 10A power supply option.
The A20 manual includes specifications for both power supplies.
Has anyone here actually used this exact 48V 10A GaN power supply with the A20?
Do you think I simply received a defective power supply, or is there anything else I should check?

Could be noise issue, which still points to a failing PSU.

If you have a meter check for 48V. But it sure sounds DOA.

This reminds me of another point: The voltage could be very low e.g. 5V which is enough to power the whatever circuit needed to let the LED on but still not enough for real stuff. Again, still PSU issue.

i have mine with an aiyima 10a psu, no problems, ask for a replacement

Final update: It turned out to be a defective power supply. I returned the faulty unit and ordered the same official 48V 10A GaN PSU again. The replacement arrived today, and my AlYIMA A20 powered on immediately without any issues. Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks again to everyone for your opinions and suggestions-they were greatly appreciated

I am glad that you solve problem. Could you tell me exactly where did you order it, because I found only PSUs AIYIMA 48V 10A GaN with

Amplifier A07 & A07 MAX & A08 PRO & A70 mentioned? Are they use the same PSU or for Aiyima A20 is different PSU? Thanks​
