Unbelievable. Too good to be true. White noise 8 hrs. Watch my favorite drama, more than 100% enjoyment. Rca in and out. Enable volume bypass. Not trying HPF yet. Now, I need sometime to enjoy first. After receive Aiyima XLR cables, I will share again.

It is a pity that they don’t offer the choice. They even sell an Aiyima 48V10A GaN Power supply on the website! Perhaps @AIYIMA would do something about adding that option?

For my needs, in a 42m3 space, 5A is more than enough.

I contacted Aiyima customer support and asked them to send me the 48v10A with the amp and they did.No fuss,no drama. I love these guys

Deepseek helps me set volume, Tv 70/100, T20 20/100, A20 volume bypass, no RCA gain, use T20 remote control for future adjustments. Watch my favorite drama again, I hear new sound effects in the theme song. Omg. Warmer smoother dialogue. Feel like listening in a larger room and zero background noise. Watching tv drama as good as watching movies level. Cheers.

What’s to take out of this video?
- that its a nice combo
- that it runs hot and so don’t stack up
- that it outputs 100w @ 8ohm and 120w @ 4ohms
- that higher power supply results extra noise
- that tubes add a but tube effect but not that much overwhelming
- that one transparent DAC didn’t perform well but other one did with this combo

The mid-FI sound comment made me chuckle! I’m currently listening to the Aiyima amp and the music sounds very much like that of what my twenty+ year old amplifier that cost €2000 at the time produces!

Its been released for sale now on Aliexpress. £120 delivered on there makes it close to half the price of the 3e A7, if this has anywhere close to the performance they are going to sell a bucket load.

Don’t know what’s going on really!

Personal impressions, words, purely subjective - nothing you can rely on. The value of those type of "reviews" is close to 0 in terms of "sound quality" judgment. There is no "perfect sound" and its always individual to every chain/setup and every single ear.


The Aiyima A20 does look good as an feature packed compact class D home/desktop/bookshelf AMP. Trigger, Pffb, Hpf, sub out all is there and its affordable.

Now it need to measure and work good.

It is normal in A20 to set the volume knob to at least 70% for decent volume amount? At 50% i can barely hear something. I have ELAC Carina bs243.4 + Fiio K11 R2R DAC connected to A20 by RCA cables. Also i have 48V 10A power supply connected to A20. I was expecting more power from this system, my speakers are 6Ω and not power hungry. With BYPASS on, volume is finally very high. XLR connection will make the volume be higher than on RCA?
