I was going to offer the same thing. These little amps will be used a lot with smaller speakers and if old tests weren't enough, the later speaker tests done in recent times have shown how smaller (8" and less) bass drivers can take off in distortion below 80Hz or so. As you found, relieving these little drivers of a lot of work low down, opens the mids out no end.IMO it's not only about unburdening the amplification -- which in my case allowed me to get significantly more SPL out of my system without triggering the IN-8's limiter -- but also about avoiding the increased distortion that most woofers manifest down near the low end of their response curves.
Wish for a stereo subwoofer output for long time ...non available so far.

Any chance of posting your impressions here for those of us not on FB?Received my A20 last night. Posted my initial impressions on FB Aiyima group page.
The A20 has already been shipped. Looking forward to Amirm’s test
It‘s 24dBWhen Amirm test it ?
Edit, hpf, 6 , 12 or 24 db?
A70 Stereo for sure!I can't wait for review and measurements! I was tested out the A70 and A80 and i'm still not sure which to keep in.
Do the A20 will have replaceable Opamps like a70 & 80?
Yes, A70 is very good, but i will wait for review and test the A20. I hope it will be even better than A70 or at least same good as it, in terms of sound quality. HPF is a nice to have addition for the future.A70 Stereo for sure!
Looking forward to test the HPF in the A20 for a desktop 2.1 setup....maybe the best desktop solution ever.
These both are different and extremely good products. If you don't need digital input then thinking of A20 isn't a bad idea but see if you need the additional features and price difference is worth.I can't wait for review and measurements! I was tested out the A70 and A80 and i'm still not sure which to keep in. Maybe i return both, and buy A20.
There isn't any information available yet, it hasn't reached Aiyima's own website portal yet (at least not US).Do the A20 will have replaceable Opamps like a70 & 80?
I don't need digital inputs. Only best sound quality. Also i will consider a subwoofer purchase, if i will have A20, and if it will be good. These both are different and extremely good products. However, A20 isn't tested yet.

Then now you have choice between A70 & A20, both have sub out.I don't need digital inputs. Only best sound quality. Also i will consider a subwoofer purchase, if i will have A20, and if it will be good.
Edit. I'm not sure but A70 was sounded minimally better than A80. For me the sound was "fuller" and clearer. Also definietly louder. But it could be placebo effect.
High pass filter in a20 will pass to speakers only the frequencies above set limit? And below set limit frequencies will be played through subwoofer? I'm understanding this correctly? Then now you have choice between A70 & A20, both have sub out.
+ A70 has low pass filter, might be useful if subwoofer doesn’t have it.
VS
+ A20 has high pass filter to better control for speakers, along with dedicated volume bypass (which is normally achieved with full volume knob position as well)
