Hey,
I have a Topping D90, and for the first time since I have owned this unit, I actually have a need to use the bluetooth input, except I've lost the antenna. From what I can tell, it appears to be a stock coax port, I cannot see on the Topping site or any other resellers spare parts for Topping selling a replacement antenna, so could you see any issues with me just using one of Amazon at all? Is the coax port stock and doesn't require some special one I don't know about?

It’s standard. Any 2.4GHz antenna with the correct connector will work.

But note that your little selection already contains 2 different connectors: SMA and RP-SMA. Make sure to order the correct one. If you want to be sure, post a photo of the d90 rear.

Apologies if slightly OT, but curious if there is any difference between WiFi and BT antennas? Other than the possible connector type previously mentioned?

Generally a wifi antenna will work for Bluetooth. But note that there are WiFi antennas for the 5 and 6 GHz bands exclusively. Those won’t work (well). And some are multi-band. They should also be fine.
