Hi,
Oh, look. Another *advice sought* thread
I am trying to decide between two small class D amps by Fosi Audio:
**Fosi BT20A Pro**
**Fosi P3 Tube**
Both have bluetooth for my iPhone, and both have RCA in, and have tone controls ( essential because of my tinnitus damage). The Fosi Audio ZA3 looks great, but I did not see a good small BT/RCA in to connect to the Fosi Audio ZA3.
I plan to use the RCA in for either my TV sound, or use it as an input for a tuner ( A Sangean ATS-909X2 so the hifi sound quality is not worth worrying about ). This means I have to plug/unplug each time. It is small lounge with 9 foot/3meter listening distance, and I will only use a 2 channel stereo set-up. I do not want anything fancier.
For comparison, my work speakers are a pair of Yamaha MSP-5 active monitors, but the Fosi needs are more relaxed warmer feel for everyday listening, but I do not wish to lose too much bite/attack around the 4khz mark if this makes sense.
However, I cannot tell which of these Fosi amps has a particular audio sound, or why.
Questions:
Bookshelf type speaker recommendations. I will actually put these on short stands. Any good ones out there? Will the Elec 6.2 work.
How does the V3 Tube sound and how does the BT20A Pro sound? (I will run the smaller PSU with this. *Not* the 48V.)
So, a first post help!
