Will a dedicated streamer such as Rivo+ improve performance in this setup? Or something from Minidsp or wiim? I am debating between Amazon and Tidal. Amazon due to ease of use for rest of home and Tidal for potential integration with streamers.

What difference would an R2R DAC such as holo audio spring 3 kte have within this setup?

A dedicated Streamer will deliver the same audio data to your AV20 with the same quality as the AV20's built-in streaming module.

So no difference.

Connect the DAC upstream of your AV20 and all you'll be doing is adding two redundant DA and AD conversions to your chain, so if anything, signal fidelity would take a hit, and for a hefty price.

I can't see a way to connect a DAC downstream of the AV20 either.
Even if you could, you'd be locked out of multichannel content, so what's the point?

Perhaps learn to measure and to interpret your measurements, you could share these with us on ASR ...
Learn how those measurements can help you extract the ultimate from your system...
Acoustics? Maybe...

Nowadays almost every service does lossless streaming, so Stereo releases will sound identical barring some rare format quirks (e.g. some MQA files left over on Tidal).

With a surround sound setup like yours, and considering the vastly higher dynamic range of Atmos releases as shown by @Jean.Francois on his website, I'd try to get Atmos music streaming working and choose the streaming service based on that.
