ADC or analogue pre-amp for TT integration?

I would be willing to pay extra for an all-in-one quality RIAA/ADC box,

I have the ART USB Phono Plus ($100 USD). But it was 'not recommended" by Amir. :(

...I haven't used mine (yet?). I was having trouble with my old setup so I bought it, and then I found a digital copy of the record I was going to digitize.

There are others if you search-around. The Berhinger UFO202 is super-cheap (probably too cheap for you). PhonoPreamps.com also has an inexpensive one. RME makes a high-end one (I think with digital RIAA EQ) but it's $2500.

The RME is, with some luck and chasing the web, at 2K  , but provides the end game for TT, any digital and analogue source in-out, preamp and HP-amp.
And 2K is a bargain for compared to low to mid priced boutique offers of a simple CD-Player.
