Active Speaker and Dac issue

I bought a Fiio BR15 dac that connects to my PC through usb c. The speakers are using xlr to the Fiio. Currently the PC, Monitor and Fiio are plugged into a APC 1500va ups and the speakers are each connected to a Furman AC-215 2 port power conditioner.

My ups has triggered 10 events since connecting the Fiio dac to it a couple days ago. The UPS had 1 event since getting it a few months ago. Audio keeps playing fine without interruption however. Unplugging the dac led to no issues again for a few hours with the ups. The APC is rated for 900w and is displaying about 115-200w normally when I check.

Am I better to get something that has more power connections then the Furman to connect the speakers and Fiio all together to power and keep my computer equipment separate on the UPS?

Speakers use xlr "to" the Fiio? Why would the signal go that direction? Power conditioners generally introduce more problems than they solve.

The UPS is an APC battery backup that my computer and monitor are connected to. The Fiio is also currently plugged in.

Ever since I connected the Fiio DAC to the UPS it keeps triggering into battery mode and logging events. Im just wondering if the DAC should be connected to the same ups as my computer or should I get something else like a power bar and keep the DAC and active speakers on a separate connection.
